Akamai Cloud Computing (Linode) metadata service.

The provider asks for a session token with PUT /v1/token and sends the token in the Metadata-Token header of the metadata requests of one operation. The token lives 3600 seconds, the maximum that the service accepts, and the provider keeps no token between calls.

The instance document comes from /v1/instance as JSON, which needs the Accept: application/json header. It reports the instance identifier, the region, the instance type, and the account EUUID, which the identity map returns as scope_id. The service reports no zone, so zone is nil.

Detection needs a token and an instance document with an identifier and a region.
